MONTROSE, COLORADO - DAY 2

June 6, 2015

There is nothing to post today because we did nothing but sit around and watch college baseball, Cisco Kid DVD, and the Preakness! The weather outside is wet just as predicted. Tomorrow we will head to Ouray and Silverton, as the weather is supposed to clear early in the morning hours. We shall see!

In the meantime, here are some photos from our walk-about in historic downtown Montrose yesterday, most of which are sculptures that are a part of the Public Art Experience (PAX). "PAX aims to create a more pleasing visual environment, expand opportunities to experience quality works of art, and facilitate the development, acquisition, and display of art in Montrose's public spaces." We did not see them all but many. Enjoy!

Friday morning clouds - interesting but uncertain.
