Our last day in Utah included a trip to the Arbiter headquarters in Sandy, about 20-25 minutes south of Salt Lake City. Thom spent four hours with the folks there and he is bringing some new upgrades to the system for the TCOA. During his meeting, I did something I have not done in a long time - I walked a mall, the Town & Country Mall in Sandy. I think I walked about 5 miles!
After the meeting with Arbiter, Thom and I made our way to Ruth's Diner in Emigration Canyon, a very lovely section of Salt Lake City. This was such a lovely restaurant, which was built from an actual train car, now expanded. Lunch was delicious and plentiful. Dinner did not exist for us!
The drive through the canyon and up the mountain was fabulous. I would recommend this drive to anyone who was visiting the area, as well as Ruth's Diner.
Not much to add to the day. We truly got back to the RV and relaxed, prepared the coach for the trip to Declo, Idaho.
Thom ordered a "child's side" of the mac & cheese and this is what came out! Needless to say, we brought this home with us!
Until next blog ...
